Method:-
To make yellow rice, first, soak saffron in half a bowl of water. After this, clean the rice thoroughly and soak it in water and keep it for 30 minutes.
- Put ghee in the pan and add bay leaf, cardamom, cashew, and almonds and fry it well. After that add rice to it. Fry the rice for 2 minutes.
- Therefore, Add water to the rice and let the rice cook. After the rice is cooked, filter the rice and take it out.
- Once again take a pan, add ghee to it, and heat the ghee. Make sugar syrup by adding sugar to the hot ghee.
- Add rice and saffron water to this syrup and mix it well. Keep frying the rice till all the water dries up.
- Garnish the rice by adding cashews, almonds. Your saffron rice is ready.
Note- Use only saffron for color in sweet rice. The color available in the market can prove to be dangerous for health.
